Annual General Meeting on Thursday September 14th at 6:30pm. Due to gathering restrictions to we will be holding the meeting remotely via Zoom, a video conferencing application.  The Agenda and Zoom Meeting link is available via your TeamSnap.

 

I encourage that the parents and guardians of all players attend because we want you to have the opportunity to be heard and involved in shaping the future of the Sherwood Park Rams Football Club.

 

At this meeting we will be reporting back to our members on the state of the club, the financial standings as well as plans and budgets for the 2020 season.  We will also have time to answer questions from our membership.  Lastly the Annual General Meeting is where we elect the members of the board of directors.

 

We are fortunate to have some new folks stepping up who are putting their names on the ballots for the executive and we have a few putting their name back in for a second or third term.  Every position on the executive is up for grabs.  Please do not hesitate to get involved at any level.

 

Board positions are as follows:

  • President
  • Vice President
  • Secretary
  • Treasurer
  • Registrar
  • Atom Director
  • Peewee Director
  • Bantam Director
  • Communications Director
  • Coaching Coordinator

 

The commitment for each position is for 1 year and we meet once a month as a group.  We want to encourage a diverse group of voices where we all bring our own perspective and can respectfully communicate to make decisions.

 

Due to the remote nature of this year’s Annual General Meeting we do ask that if you’re interested in a position that you contact us prior to the Zoom meeting.
